We’ll reply within 7 days.
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the Better Days app:
1. Open the Better Days app
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Select "Delete Account"
4. Confirm with your password
This will permanently delete:
• Your account and login credentials
• All check-ins tracking data
• Earned badges and achievements
• Weight tracking data (if any)
• All personal information and preferences
⚠️ This action cannot be undone. Make sure to export your data first if you want to keep a copy (available in Settings → Data Export).
